Terms of use

Calsync is a private utility operated by Michal Trzcinka for calendars whose account holders have authorized access. It is not offered as a public subscription service and has no public registration.

Authorized use

Account holders grant access through Google's authorization process. Use must respect the relevant Google account and Google Workspace policies. The operator is responsible for configuring the intended accounts and calendars and maintaining access to the associated AWS resources.

Availability and original calendars

Calsync helps coordinate availability by creating anonymous Busy copies. Synchronization can be delayed or interrupted by service outages, revoked permissions or configuration problems. The original calendars remain the source of event details; generated copies should not be treated as a guaranteed or complete record.

Control and discontinuation

The operator may pause or discontinue synchronization. Account holders can revoke Google access at any time. Existing generated blocks and retained AWS data require separate cleanup as described in the privacy policy.
