One schedule.
Only availability shared.
Calsync keeps a personal set of Google calendars aligned by copying commitments as anonymous, private Busy blocks.
Each Google account grants access independently. Existing calendar sharing settings stay in place.
Copies contain availability times, without meeting titles, descriptions, guests, locations or meeting links.
The service runs in AWS and periodically updates upcoming availability as the original events change.
A private, personal tool
Calsync is operated by the owner of the authorized accounts. It is not a public calendar service and has no public registration. Authorization happens through Google using the locally installed Calsync administration tool.
The Google Calendar permission allows the service to read and edit events on calendars owned by an authorizing account. Calsync is designed to modify its generated Busy blocks and leave original events unchanged.
Read the privacy policy for details about account access, data storage and revoking authorization.
